Booking Information
A 50% deposit is required for the following services:
• End of Tenancy Cleaning
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• After Parties & Events Cleaning
No deposit is required for regular weekly/fortnightly cleaning.
Please note:
• Clients must provide their own cleaning products and equipment for regular domestic cleans.
• For Deep, End of Tenancy or Events cleans, professional cleaning products/equipment can be provided upon request (additional fee may apply).
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may result in a cancellation fee.
• If the client is not present, cannot provide access, or cancels on the day, the deposit is non-refundable.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the clean.
